Before joining FINE, I worked for two years as a freelance SEO consultant. I also started my own digital marketing firm, Big Daylight, which was eventually taken into the FINE fold of service offerings.

The early aughts were an exciting time to work for small-yet-scrappy, Vermont retailer Kidsurplus.com, where I managed everything from customer service and website content to SEO and PPC efforts as they grew from dozens to hundreds of orders per day.
